Treasure Hunt

Nothing puts a spring in our step like a shopping trip! And what better time to indulge in some must-needed relief from the winter-time blues than a little trip to our favorite antiques store. Treasure hunting is the ideal past-time for photographers like us. I cannot tell you how many times we’ve stopped at the little mom-and-pop stands by the side of the road looking for photographic treasures. We never know what fun props we’ll find hidden behind layers of gadgets, heirlooms and nostalgia, and today Jennifer hit the jack-pot. Among her loot was an old mizzou-gold bicycle (perfect for a whimsical engagement session), a roller skate case, and a child’s accordion! We can’t wait to get in the studio and start shooting with our new treasures….because nothing says “take my picture’ like a pair of small red boxing gloves.
